De directory zelf blijft gratis om te lezen. Betaalde plaatsingen krijgen altijd het label ‘Gesponsord’ en beïnvloeden onze rangschikking niet.
Prijzen voor lezers (startgids, AI Wegwijs Plus) zijn inclusief 21% btw. Prijzen voor makers (Fast Track, Featured, Benelux-pakket) zijn bedoeld voor ondernemingen en zijn exclusief btw. Betaling gebeurt veilig via Stripe (Bancontact, kaart en meer). Je krijgt een bevestiging van Stripe / je bank.
Digitale content (pdf-gids, Plus-promptpakketten) wordt zo snel mogelijk na betaling geleverd, meestal via een downloadpagina of e-mail. Vermeldingen en Featured-plaatsingen starten na afstemming (vaak binnen enkele werkdagen volgens het product).
Als consument heb je in principe 14 dagen bedenktijd bij aankoop op afstand. Voor digitale content die meteen geleverd wordt vervalt dat herroepingsrecht als je daar uitdrukkelijk mee instemt en erkent dat je je herroepingsrecht verliest zodra de levering begint. Bij aankoop van de startgids of Plus vragen we die toestemming tijdens het afrekenen (Stripe / checkout).
Voor diensten die nog niet (volledig) geleverd zijn, kun je binnen de wettelijke termijn herroepen tenzij je uitdrukkelijk vroeg om al te starten en daarmee je recht beperkt of verliest — we leggen dat duidelijk uit bij de checkout waar van toepassing.
Maandelijkse of jaarlijkse abonnementen (Featured, AI Wegwijs Plus) kun je op elk moment opzeggen via je Stripe-klantenportaal of door een e-mail te sturen naar [email protected]. Je behoudt toegang tot het einde van de al betaalde periode. Er is geen opzegtermijn buiten die periode.
Downloads en promptpakketten zijn voor persoonlijk of intern zakelijk gebruik. Je mag ze niet doorverkopen of openbaar herpubliceren zonder toestemming. De inhoud is ‘zoals geleverd’; AI en tools veranderen snel — we streven naar nuttige info, zonder garantie op volledigheid of resultaat.
Mail [email protected]. We antwoorden zo snel mogelijk. Consumenten in de EU kunnen ook het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie bekijken: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Belgisch recht is van toepassing. Dwingende consumentenbescherming in je woonland blijft gelden waar dat wettelijk zo is.

Digital content (PDF guide, Plus prompt packs) is delivered as soon as possible after payment, usually via a download page or email. Listings and Featured placements start after we coordinate with you (often within a few working days depending on the product).
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right lapses if you give your express consent and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. When buying the starter guide or Plus, we ask for that consent at checkout (Stripe).
For services not yet (fully) performed, you may withdraw within the legal period unless you expressly asked us to start early and thereby limited or lost that right — we explain this clearly at checkout where applicable.
Monthly or yearly subscriptions (Featured, AI Wegwijs Plus) can be cancelled anytime via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. There is no extra notice period beyond that.
Downloads and prompt packs are for personal or internal business use. Do not resell or republish them publicly without permission. Content is provided as-is; AI and tools change quickly — we aim to be useful, without guaranteeing completeness or outcomes.
Email [email protected]. We reply as soon as we can. EU consumers may also look at the European Commission’s ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Belgian law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where the law requires it.
